Flight Delays – If you are to be picked up from the airport and your flight is delayed, do not worry cause we monitor your flight for delays or early arrivals. We only dispatch a driver to the airport for your specific flight alone when we know that your flight is now in the air with precised arrival time. We do not monitor your flight for your airport departures. We assume that you are ready to be picked up at the specified time you have desired to be picked up from your office or residential locations.
If your flight gets cancelled due to a bad weather or the fault of your airline, we will still pick you up when you have been re-assigned to another flight , same day or on any other day you have been rescheduled to fly. In that case you must call or text us with your newly scheduled flight information.
Jumping on earlier flights … Please make sure you give us a call not a text or an email that you are about to jump on the earlier flight. Must of the times we do not have drivers on a stand by. So we have to make sure there is an available driver to pick you up for your new arrival flight time. We do not issue any refund if you show up at the airport earlier than scheduled by jumping on an earlier flights than your scheduled flight without informing us ahead.
Standard vehicle cancellation policy: You have 24 hours ahead of your scheduled pickup reservation time to cancel in order to receive a full refund minus 5% bank processing fees. There will be no refund for people canceling on the same day of services for our standard vehicle reservations such as our 4 doors sedan cars and our 4 doors regular Suvs. Exceptions: You may still get a full refund back minus the 5% processing fees and the anticipated 20% driver’s gratuity if your flight is cancelled due to a bad weather related incidents. In this case the cancelled Airline and the flight number is required.
Stretch Limousines Cancellation Policy: Please sure you are ready to book our stretch limousines cause there will be no refund if you cancel less than a week from your scheduled pickup reservation time and date. Your cancellation will be honored if you cancel a week ahead of your scheduled pickup time with a full refund minus the bank processing fees of 5%
